cuz the hook is what catches peoples attention and get's people to listen to the song, obviously if you hear wayne on the hook and you constantly hear him singing/rapping the hook, you're gonna listen to the whole thing...it's a marketing strategy

my oppinion on it though is that i like it either way, wayne was fire on the song 'wall' by briscoe, and he only had a hook, i think that's one of his best songs where he only sings the hook, i like it either way

Not everyone likes Wayne like you all so he doesn't necessarily get "killed" on the track. For instance Eminem DESTROYED Lil' Wayne on Drop the World and Forever Remix. Some people just rather not have him through the whole song, just the chorus to catch the attention of certain listeners.

Because believe it or not, not everyone likes Lil' Wayne like we do.

i doubt it's 60G a verse, i'm sure it matters on how many bars he spits.

But some songs are good with just Wayne on a hook, like Wall. It's a decent song, i dont think Wayne needed to be on there anymore. But i agree, i would love to see wayne on a hook, verse, etc. lol A full Wayne song.
