I don't understand this thread, but C4 will come out in 2010 if it doesn't get pushed back, singles will come out before wayne gets out of jail.

Well, what i dont understand is, he did two music videos for C4 or just one? And why would he do those BEFORE jail, if he isn't releasing a single UNTIL he gets out? I think he'll release the single in the summer of 2010.
