Definitely.Usually after all the pushbacks,they end up releasing it a year later from the first date.

Rebirth's original date was April 09 I believe.. crazy pushbacks.
But I think Tha Carter IV will actually come this year, but def not until after jail because he probably wants to double check everything. Considering expectations.
I think Wayne knows exactly what needs to be done for this album.
