Phelps already got caught up in a picture smoking a bong..the thing is I believe it's true but showing it on Nino 3 could bring more heat to Phelps which he doesn't need. The dude has sponsers ..he's a role model , a lot of people will give him flack for this kind of shit. That being said, I hope it's on Nino3 ..haha
