I thought he said 'never wanna be pops' but who knows. Either he doesn't want them to grow up to get in trouble like him, or doesn't want them to be like the ones that got him in prison for that trouble lol.

I thought it said Pops on the RIPPED version, but on the 'CDQ' version, it's clearly Cops.
