Birdman = Phil Jackson (mastermind behind it all, boss, and the main mentor)
Drake = Pau Gasol (leader's main sidekick, also a star in their own right, can carry the team at times when the leader is off his game)
Nicki Minaj = Andrew Bynum (on the come up and ready to become a true force after feeding off their leader for quite some time)
Jae Millz = Lamar Odom (been around the block, the skills are there but something is missing for them to break out)
Everyone else is the supporting cast
