First off, I hate when people make comments about Wayne on here like they know him personally.. So ill try my best not to. =P

I would like to start by saying, Wayne is not take methadone for just marijuana withdraws... Its just not a possibility. Being an everyday heavy smoker (about 5-6 years) the withdraws you get are not huge (loss of appetite, insomnia, maybe a little crankie) So I would rule the marijuana withdraws out.

So, what exactly do I think he was taking it for? Codeine of course.. Methadone is not used to come off any specific drug, but for the most part it is used to come off opiates. So with that said, the only thing that makes sense to me is that he has been sipping his beloved 'syrp' and keeping it lowkey...
OR
He's been taking the methadone for a while trying kick his codeine habit and they just continued to give him his medication in jail.

why the fuck would u have opiate withdrawls from a stimulant n00b. and he sipped on tussinex 2 which is liquid hydrocodone(vicodin n00bs) do research, wayne is an addict plain and simple, but the best artist are. i would be high as hell in prison 2 smh

Do you know how much weed Wayne smokes? You can get withdrawals from weed, so that's why he could be on methadone.

Please do research before coming to an assumption.

WHY The fuck would you say sometthing that rediculous methadone is to ween off of opiates, not fucking marijuana u do research before saying foolish things. marijuana withdrawls (however slight) are best treated with a low dose benzo(xanax, etc)

He's been smoking since he was like 15. That's a good 13 years of straight smoking.So you smoke (pretty much) every day, for 13 years, and try to quit cold turkey. You won't, or you'll need a drug rehabilitation center.

Methadone is for opiate withdrawl. Opiates are in heroine, pain killers like oxyconton, and codeine which is in "syrup". So next time you think about popping a pill or sipping on some syrup just remember it's the same shit thats in heroine. Just cause it's doctor prescribed doesn't mean its ok. I know people that started out on things they were prescribed and it eventually lead them to heroine.
