Wayne is a smart dude he already knows he had to "sell out" to become mega-famous.

All Lil Wayne is trying to do is reach out to another audience...think about, to maximize profit you can't just appeal to a certain group of people...now he's adding a lot more white folks and others that really don't listen to rap and adding them to his fan base...that's what you call smart marketing and bigger wallets....

Now if we want to talk about marketing, then thats selling out. If all he is trying to do is bei a marketer then why should i care for his rap that is just made so he can make money.
