Yeah he got it not too long after Tha Carter III came out . I don't think he wears it all the time though (well atleast before he went to jail, I'm sure he doesn't have any of his jewelry right now lol.

yeah it looked like it fucked up his speech a bit. Whats that track where he's talking about "The Ps and the Bs" sounding off, I think its cuz he just got it.

that was because hes lip was probably swollen from the lip piercing or swollen because of something else , because the piercing it self once its all healed up doesnt get on the way of speech
