There's a difference though. Lil' Wayne is my favourite rapper. But Eminem is the/my best rapper.

Depends on what you like. If you like just straight up bars with no meaning or purpose behind them, then Wayne is the best. If you like intelligent lyrics then Lupe, J. Cole, Wale, Eminem, Nas, Joell Ortiz, Immortal Technique and other dudes like that.

The fact that no one has even mentioned The Notorious BIG is ridiculous...hands down he's number one by far...Nas is #2 and honestly I put Wayne at 3 thats how it is Wayne is beyond crazy and by far the most entertaining rapper butttt if u really want substance those two go before him and Em is right up there too... just my opinion...
