Wayne's work ethic is comparable to practically no one in the entertainment industry today. His body of work speaks for itself -- a staggering amount of material released in only a few short years. It seems as if he's constantly working on some sort of new project, or at least lining one up. I mean, in less than a year, we've seen "No Ceilings", "Rebirth", Young Money's album, numerous music videos, dozens of underground tracks, guest spots, and the upcoming EP.
I'm not sure which documentary it was -- probably something from "The Nino Brown Story" -- but at one point, Wayne works through the entire night, literally. When he finally leaves the studio and pulls out of the parking lot, the sun's up.
I'm just wondering if he's ever spoken on this drive of his, whether in interviews, his music, or in any other form of media. I find it fascinating that at this point in his career -- post-millions of dollars and awards and acclaim -- that he could still be maintaining such a furious pace. The only other rapper I've ever seen match this sort of energy was the late Tupac Shakur and that was, what, 15 years ago? The average listener doesn't realize that someone like this only comes along once in a very long while.
