no one knows when itll drop, it couldve dropped right when wayne gets out but their putting out the ep instead, because remmember in an interview or something wayne said when he gets out hes going to re do it

You people are saying Lil' Wayne will create Tha Carter IV by next summer which is in 6-8 months.I don't think so.....

Remember,Tha Carter IV will be fresh new material which means he's going to record new music when he gets out which won't be until November 4.He going to take at least a full year to release it to make sure everything's good to go.Sure,he's going to be dying to spit hot shit when he's released but you have to remember,he has to make it right and perfect.This is the fourth Carter in.Everything is like a stack of LEGOs,he has to shape it right to make it grow taller and taller and if he fails,it'll fall.
