A few points:

1. Tech N9ne releases collabo albums, this is just like a "Lil Wayne presents Young Money" album now.

2. The whole point is new music for fans, little promotion, only coming virally at first, its not for sales its for die hard YM fans.

3. If every song has 2 Wayne verses then that's 24 verses from 12 songs, 16 a verse that's 32 a song, 32 x 12 is 384 for the album, yeah ok it may not be that but with one or no features on 10 of the tracks it is very likely to be around that many lines you're gonna hear by Weezy.

Right if each of 12 songs had 2 verses by Wayne then that's 24 verses altogether. If each verse was 16 bars then that's 32 bars by Wayne each song. 32 bars x 12 songs = 384 bars by Wayne altogether. 10 of 12 has only 1 feature so it's likely Wayne will have at least 2 verses on them so you're looking at around 350 - 384 bars of Wayne on the album
