Wayne sells a Shit load here m8.
The HMV on Oxford st in London is the biggest music store in the world right. Rebirth was sold out, C3 is still selling, C2 is still selling, all Waynes albums are in the Recommended bit & C2 & C3 are in albums of the decade etc etc. every Wayne Cd thats there sells, trust me, Im in there a lot.

Im gonna go and ask if theyre gonna get it in anyways. And if not, I can get them to, Did that with WAYM3 weeks after it came out coz they werent getting it in for some reason, then they all sold out lol.

As I said top ranked position was something like 23, that means Wayne does not sell that well here. Ok that HMV may be the biggest, they may have got like 1 or 2 shipments worth of C3 back then that sold out. If Wayne sold loads he would have at least broke top 10 in albums. rebirth again only got to around the same position as its highest. WAYM didn't even chart here in the UK. I'm not being a hater or anything, I'm just being realistic and honest that he doesn't sell well here, for them to package up that many CDs for something that has almost no promotion that probably won't chart would be a stupid idea.
