Its called lowering the retune speed in Auto Tune .... lowering the retune speed slows down the speed of the pitch correction taking away the "T PAin effect" but still puts the vocals in almost perfect pitch..... This was used in almost every song on no ceilings ... matter of fact on Ice Cream Paint Job ... u hear lil wayne say in the beggining "Is the auto tune on? , yeah? , good"
