i'd give the album as a whole a 8.5
wayne is steppin it up, bill gates is probably my favorite track
popular is tight too, it sticks out to me cuz
ya'll remember the last ustream Wayne and twist did before Wayne went in? He gave us that little line from Popular, "She a monster, but i'ma beast tho, take her clothes off, with my teeth tho" since then i've been waitin for that track to come out.
I can't wait for Wayne to get out, D4 and C4 are gonna be fire!

I'd give it a 8.5/10. His lyrics were dope, His flow was on point, The beats were hot, The features were hot. Wayne just needs to learn how to stay on topic & rap about 1 or 2 things in a song.
