For me, its summer of 08, C3 dropped, Wayne was KING of the world, sold ONE MILLION PLUS records in one week and SAVED HIP HOP, i wuz a senoir in HS and that shitt was NUTS, fukin listenin to lollipop on every radio station,...gives me goosebumps on sum g shit...the buzz was so crazy, and the muzik he put out in the months before c3 until it dropped was sum hard shit (no homo). I love to put on c3 jus lay back and reminisce that time in my life

Tha Carter 2 era was definately his best, lyrically he was the nastiest rapper out, if he continued music like that, he would 100% be the best rapper EVER. But financially wise C3 era was at far the best

those were the best, and I hope he starts to go like that soon, but he has changed, comed more musicicaly, has more flow (on some songs not) & he is probaly more ''grown'' when he gets out, his music is gonna be more deeper probaly too when he gets out, so thats gon be my next fav Era
