For me, its summer of 08, C3 dropped, Wayne was KING of the world, sold ONE MILLION PLUS records in one week and SAVED HIP HOP, i wuz a senoir in HS and that shitt was NUTS, fukin listenin to lollipop on every radio station,...gives me goosebumps on sum g shit...the buzz was so crazy, and the muzik he put out in the months before c3 until it dropped was sum hard shit (no homo). I love to put on c3 jus lay back and reminisce that time in my life

Agree with everything you just wrote exactly what happened with me too except I was in 11th grade when C3 came out and before that all the stuff he put out was so fuckin ill and even after C3 for a lil while was the best era he was on top I can't even lie. I put on "Let The Beat Build" "Mrs. Officer", and all the the other tracks and let them take me on that musical high you know what i mean? Reminisce on all the good times.....damn

My fav era? From Drought 3 to the song "Turnin' Me On", in all that period Lil Wayne was the best rapper alive. The 08 summer was the top with "lollipop" "my life" "a milli" ....

Wayne C1-C2 .. In this period all his classic mixtapes besides NC came out, he flooded our ears with free music every single month and opened everyones eyes..

C3 is when all the nut huggers came out.. started feeling less proud as a Wayne fan but die hard till the end, jus gotta deal with 10 million bandwagoners
