yea mos def rap, when he did the drought is over 6 he said that he was going to do another carter III but it was going to be all different material and he went on to say that he didnt want to call it carter IV cuz the new carter III was going to be new shit (aka rock) so yea its going to be hot too cant wait but the way this albums going and all the leaks it prolly wont be out till next year, as long as he keeps puttin out songs i dont care
