I agree with the 4#th first. Em first is logic. 50 Cent near the top too. And Lil Wayne on 2# is good, the guy runs Hip Hop since 2006 at the top, before that he was an incredible "street underground rapper" so I agree.

Saying 50 cent shouldn't be on there? Or Eminem shouldn't be number 1? Open your close minds and realise for 6 years shady records had the industry in it's hand(before Em' got caught up in addiction)

Wayne did really well to grab number 2 and I think it's a fair spot for him.

Come on..some of you guys seem to remember only the recent. This is the top of the whole 21st century so far, that's like nearly 11 years now.

He sold more than any rapper on that list not named Em. (Sold over 21M albums)

He was more popular than any rapper on that list not named Em.

His debut album was a classic.

Made a bigger impact on music, clothing, trends, etc.

The RIAA ranks Nelly as one of the best-selling male artists in American music history.

Nelly was ranked top 3rd overall artist of the 2000-2009 decade by Billboard Magazine.

Nelly was doing things like creating his own clothing lines for males and females, released his own successful energy drink, had deals with Nike and Reebok, etc. He was doing all these things before some of your favorite rappers were doing similar things.

Air Force One's were always popular and Nelly made them more popular when he released his own song about the shoe. I remember it was nearly impossible to find a pair of shoes at stores after the song.

He also put St. Louis on the map.

How can you he doesn't deserve to be on the list when he was bigger than 50 cent, Wayne, Drake, etc. in his prime?
