Lil Wayne Pics!!!

Well when Dan first started dis site he had those lil tags at the bottom and had like every wayne pic out. and now it seems like he makes the tag bigger and puts it over wayne so people cant use the pic. i dont understand why he has to do that. because he found the pic from some one that didnt tag it so i think he shouldnt either. and now it seems Dan isnt uploading as many wayne pics anymore. some days hell put some out but like i said a big lilwaynehq acrossed it. any one else think he should stop that? because ima pic designer and i love to edit wayne pics but now i dont even come to dis site because you cant use the pics. so tell me some of ur thoughts.
