I would guess he'll drop a mixtape earlier than what I said. There's no way he can get an entire album finished, properly promoted, and released by early 2011 though if he's starting from scratchComment

If they were going to start from scratch with Carter IV, they should've put the old Carter IV songs on IANAHB..that quality music is just sittin there so I'm guessing they're gonna make that a mixtape and drop it close to Nov. 4th..Idk..Just my thoughts
