Thats the time they will start his paper work, he will most likely be out of jail around 5-6. The reason so early is because there are a bunch of other people getting released tomorrow also but they aren't as big as Wayne they want to get him out of there fast. Think about the media frenzy, they don't want them to be sitting there all day.

Inmates always get released really early in the morning.

Not everywhere. My brother was set for release at 11am after we posted bail, and it took about three hours for him to be discharged. But that's probably cause we set his bail after 8 months. lol Wayne is just set for release. Not sure how that works.
