i like his tattoo on his palm that says "A Gun" thats a cool idea, not many tattoo artists will do that cuz the palm will bleed to easily
i want to finish up the other half of my forearm but i cant think of what to get, or a hand tat

No that's not the reason

They won't tattoo palms cause if you look at your palm you'll notice how many little lines and dips and shit in the skin, it makes it really hard to actually tattoo and you will probably need to get it re-done constantly.

Any tattoo can bleed, it depends on what you get done, where you get it done and if you're a heavy bleeder. You normally will just bleed if you're getting shading which is more like a scratch on the skin instead of a straight in jab. The normal needle is just a single one but a shading needle is 6 little ones at once. I think it's 6 but give or take one.

IDk to be honest. I have always liked The World on his palm. I also liked when he had those 3 simple dots on his face. I wouldnt ever get a tat on my face but I might get something small like that on my hand between my right index finger and thumb....

Otherwise teardrops are cool, smiley face is nice, the new tat that covers a teardrop is really dope and the stars are too
