Wayne's Probation?

Does anyone know how long he will be on probation for the gun charges (not arizona)? I thought I might of heard three years, but don't quote me on that. Does anyone have any info.? Thanks

I believe the three years is only for Arizona. But I'm not 100% sure.

Whatever it is, I'm pretty sure it will be 3 years of probation total. But idk what the deal is for probation on the gun charge

he served his time he's a free man, he was not paroled, and there is no probation or community service required, his sentence is complete, in Arizona, his sentence was 3 years probation, he will be on 3 years probation in ARIZONA.

There is no probation for the Gun Charge. He was just in jail?

yeah you can't sentence someone to jail + probation, however you can sentence someone to jail and they be paroled, and they must spend the remainder of their sentence on parole, essentially a suspended sentence.

He's only on probation for the Arizona charges so he can't drink/take drugs for three years and he has to do 360 hours of community service which is light. Also he will have random drug/alcohol testing. If he's on good behavior he could get off probation earlier.

I think the alchohol part of the probation is uneccesary tbh, the charge was unrelated to booze so why throw that in?
