                    Everyone in the game can rap or freestyle. It may be a little trashy but they still can. If Wayne was high I bet he could. Ever seen The Carter Doc? He almost freestyle every song. He just didn't go all the way with it. And Rap City sucks now without Tigga anyway. IMO

                        He CAN freestyle, its not hard. Even I can. But his thought out verse are 100X better so why freestyle? Besides "every other rapper" doesn't freestyle. They all spit writtens.

                          Coming up with verses off the dome = freestyle. Wayne just does it with alot more thought so its degrading to call it a freestyle.
