Cory Gun posted on hit twitter account that Cart 4 is a problem. Okay other than that Wayne usually releases dedication before his albums. Except with Carter 3, carter 3 came out before Dedication 3. So that means we are going to expect Carter 4 then before Dedication 4. I don't have a problems with that but i prefer Mixtape weezy first because all these new fire beats that are out, i want him to go over on. Like hearing him on monster would be RIP.

Wayne said on Dramas radio show that he wants to release D4 to set up for C4.

He sends some beats to him, and he records on them...and some of his own. Then send them back. Drama just adds tags and talks over them
