andré 3000 is the best to ever do it.

regardless of him not having a solo album, listen to "the love below" and other outkast albums.

he's a genuine rapper and and actual singer unlike kanye and wayne who use shitty autotune to sing.

not hating on wayne, i still think he's one of the greats but none of these "current" best rappers hold a torch to andre's creativity and flow.

but to the lil wayne and kanye arguement, lil wayne is like kobe and kanye is like lebron james. nothing can be final unless they do a one on one battle.

still cant wait for an andre 3000 and weezy track!!!!

Exactly, I said Waynes the best rapper alive.
2pacs the second greatest of all time, behind biggie.
Lupe will always be that nigga that could emcee for sure but he's not going to get bigger than he is now.
Nas isn't even relevant anymore. But ya at one point he was fuckin great.
Andre 3000 is great but you can't be the best without a solo album, and his shit lately sucks fuckin dick.
But Wayne he's been consistent since like 99. Over time his skills decreased ya, but even in jail he was on top, and is still on top and will prolly be on top for atleast the next few years.
Lyrically he is far from the best, but just cuz someone has more lyrical content doesn't make them greater.
Lil Wayne is biggest known rapper, like ever.
