okay he needs to release a LEGIT "no ceilings" type of mixtape this month or next month to build up the hype. he needs to release a "lollipop" type of record. he shud release in total 3-4 singles before album release and they need to portray different weezy styles. example, 6 foot 7 was raw rapping. his other singles have to be like rnb, pop/rap, and rock/rap shit. he needs to jump on some features ASAP. and he needs to make videos for right above it, gonnorhea & bill gates. he needs to do some good friday type of thing and release like a promotional single every week (i dont see this as a problem because he literally has hundreds of unheard songs in his database). and most importantly do interviews and live performances.

if scoob doo is smart, he shud release nino 3 before tha carter 4 to build up more hype and release part 2 after carter 4 drops.

imo thats the formula for selling a million in a week and gaining buzzz!

and birdman shud release a couple of singles off his album. he deff has wayne on his album and shud release them soon as possible!

dude he had 4 singles for carter 3. and he promoted it like crazy it went platinum in first week and plus it was a great album!

i want it to be a great album and also i want it at the same time to silence the haters and prove that weezy is still the best.

The first 3 Carters have been 18-19 songs (not including skits) so I'm expecting this one to be 18-19 too
