It ain't dropping in Feb for sure, and for mixtape I doubt it. Look at all the features he has been already in January like 3 or 4 idk and a few right before. He's featured on Lil Twist's single which is going to drop soon and will prolly get air play. I wouldn't be supprised if a few more songs leak or singles drop with Lil Wayne on them, perhaps Drake's mixtape will drop a single with Lil Wayne or The Game's mixtape will have a Lil Wayne feature. Said all that there is no need a mixtape to get his hype up and it has only been one song no video...there probably 2 more songs and 2 or 3 more videos, I got no idea how the other albums dropped but im sure he ain't just going to drop C4 with a single and video.

ehh, I'm leaning more towards a release date, like March 22. that date is getting quite a few releases.

It really could as long as the release date is like the end of March or later so it has time to get another single/video plus maybe more features on other people's singles to be released. He also has that Rolling Stone article coming (maybe next month) and hopefully other interviews.

Since MTV Does "Mixtape Mondays" I Would believe its a Mixtape. But then again everytime we try to geuss somthing where always wrong.

Not really about C4 but Welcome To My Hood is on itunes now, lets see if it will be the new "anthem" I doubt it, wayne didn't go so hard (imo).
