Closer to the 2 albums he dropped last year then the two he dropped 4 and 6 years ago.It's called nostalgia. Wayne has also stated that "times are different. Do I think I can make another album lyrically as good as Tha Carter II? Hell nah. Not that I can't, but it's all about the money. Your turn.

well since you know him personally, and have already heard C4, then i think i'll trust the one with 81 posts in an entire year.



it'll feel that much better when i have the "classic" i've been waiting for in my hands, and buzzin through my head... i'll save my "told you so" till then.

CIV is NOT going to be anything like REBIRTH or IANAHB... 6 Foot 7 Foot isnt even anything like them

REBIRTH was an experimental project

IANAHB was thrown together quickly by Tez & Mack to hold us over for a bit while Wayne was in jail

Missed the last part of my post where lil wayne he's been quoted saying he would make an album lyricly as good as C2 (arguably his best work). I'm not a hatter btw. NC > INAHB + Rebirth. Been over this plenty of times. If wayne wasn't in jail most of the IANAHB tracks would have been on C4 if you look it up. Though not many ppl on the forums will admit it cuz of IANAHB sales numbers. If IANAH sold 500,000-700,000 all we'd be hearing on these forums was. "IANAH was suppose to be C4 when wayne gets out he's gonna do a mill the first week easy"

i posted before you edited it.

& i personally love IANAHB & REBIRTH. & i know that IANAHB were songs intended for CIV... but Wayne decided to re record when he got out... plus they are still keeping a couple songs that were recorded when the IANAHB songs were recorded for CIV

RAI wasnt hardcore hip-hop so thats why most people liked it... freaking today's music industry caters to the fucking pop artists & pop shit... like lady gag me... hip-hop is not greatly appreciated throughout all of the music industry... which is a shame.

we're not even sure if it was MTV's mistake/preassumption, or theirs... but as far as "the way it should be", YMCMB is far from it. And them being as big as they are, has only trumped their mistakes... now imagine if it ran as smooth as how it should. Take Over.
