If Anne is a good song then its gonna be on tha Carter IV.....Wayne does this all the time....he took alchemist song and put it on Carter IV....he also did that with that Drake song t-minus told us about..why would this be any different?

Becuase wayne doesn't like to use old shit. Add to the fact that Anne could be pre-jail.. its unlikely its C4 but possible.
