Yeah you right but when somebody says it makes it means that when How To Love is whack the whole album is whack.
It makes or breaks the hype maybe.

Well, I hate to put it like this, but, the people who are now on Justin Beibers balls, were on Wayne's nads when the Carter III dropped. Wayne was the "cool" person to be listening to at that time. That is why the Carter III dropped at the PERFECT time. Couldn't have been any better.
