Eminem(the Greatest of all time imo),Nas,Jay-Z,2pac,Outcast(Andre 3000),Rakim,Biggie are better than Weezy at this point.They have bigger impact in the game and bigger legacy.But Weezy is still 28 and if he continues in a high level has a chance to be the best ever(difficult) or a Top-3 ever.
It's difficult for anybody to surpass Eminem.But let's see.Weezy has a lot to give.He is young.

I think Eminem is better at 'Rapping', but no one can makes music like Wayne.
Everybody says Wayne's passion for music and his work ethic is amazing, that makes Wayne different.
Only Kanye is close to Wayne, Jay-Z make hits but he's to me just a normal rapper.
And we must not forget that Drake and Nicki are nothing without Wayne.

Eminem isn't only sales.And he is easily more skilled than the other(and from Andre).
Eminem at his peak from 1999-2003 was the best rapper ever and it's not even close.

I think eminem can be known for the best greatest rapper alive, and lil wayne the best rapper alive. Simple as that, em's legacy will go a long way, but lil waynes the best right now, but still is leaving his prints in the game.
