he could have a med card. nobody seems to recognize this? potentially, wayne could have a medical marihuana card, and a prescription for prometh/codeine syrup, and basically do whatever the fuck he wants regardless of probation.

personally, i think he does have a card, which would make him legal to smoke weed in whatever state he's got that card in (i'm not sure if it's in all states where medical use is legal or not), but i don't think he's got a syrup script. but that shit clears out your system in 2-3 days so drug tests really only catch weed. and if he has a med card, then he could be fine. but this is all just my guess i don't really know shit about his situation

He has like monthly/random drug and alcohol tests. So NO he ISN'T smoking ANY weed. Come on, you think it's that easy for him to spark up again when he's on 3 years probation and can't do drugs and alcohol? The law isn't a joke, they take everything seriously and rightly so, he isn't smoking weed, and if HE does then he's going straight back to rikers for a long time.
