personally i think if wayne wanted to smoke weed, he could find a perfectly good way to get away with it, and/or pass drug tests falsely.

however, i do disagree with quill thinking that wayne is still smoking. i don't think he is, and i think it's evident in his music and flow that he isn't. (ie, stiff flow, short verses). that's just me though, who is an avid weed consumer which makes it easier to tell if a pothead's not high. haha

i think its pretty obvious wayne isnt smoking weed, hes still not in jail lol. hes been out a few months and im sure hes taken a few drug tests since then, since he didnt fail them and go back to jail, hes obviously not smoking weed.
