I'd say C3 because of more hits, but the songs that are good on C2 are incredible. I think the audio level is what makes me put No Ceilings over Da Drought 3.

Dedication is good but wack at the same time, cause almost all songs are from older Wayne mixtapes, but the ones on Dedication is cutted shorter & tagged up

2 completely different things. In my opinion I think he does a hell of a job balancing the two. Thats why his popularity is so widespread. It'd be hard not to find atleast a few songs you enjoy listening to in this mans enormous discography
