Rabbit was sent to jail over gun charges ( the gun that wayne shot himself with)
Shortly after he got out he was kidnapped and tortured and that's how he died

Wayne said his biological "father" made Wayne and Cita live at his mothers house (Wayne's grandma) and would come around and beat (as in hit, like punch) Cita etc... then they eventually left
