Just emailed them last week and got this back today:

The VIP items have arrived from production and are being bundled into VIP packages. We expect to begin shipping packages today and continue throughout next few weeks. Packages will be mailed in the order for which they were redeemed, earliest first. Once the order ships delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days for domestic, 2-3 weeks international. Thank you for your patience.

Sorry i forgot to post an update, they were wrong when they told me to pick it up at willcall...i got an email day of concert to redeem my package (Size shirt,ect) and they were to begin shipping them out soon. So now im in the process of waiting for it to arrive.

I ordered my vip pkg when the citi cardholders were able to purchase tickets before the general public....and still waiting on my merchandise to arrive. We didn't buy anything at the concert thinking we would get the concert tour tee, but when I called the company about where the hell our vip pkg was they explained that they were in the process of gettting all the artwork finalized and that the concert tees aren't the same as what we are getting. Also that shipment would be in the middle of april. Well its april 27th and nothing.

Got my vip pkg today, not impressed got a black shirt with a skull resembling wayne and a flat billed hat with "LW" on it (adjustable) a poster that is a $100 bill with wayne on it and a backstage pass lookin thing...for $250 he could have done better! surprised wayne would put his name on something this low class! looks like its made of cheap material. i love wayne but he failed this one!

I've emailed them a few times. The show I went to didn't go on sale until March so I haven't been waiting quite as long as some of you have. I went on the website and it doesn't even say my order has been shipped. Apparently they send an email once it has been shipped.
When I asked them about it in the email they gave me a generic response "the order will be fulfilled" blah blah. I hope it is worth the wait!

wow that doesnt sound impressive at all... can you upload a pic of the cap? dissapointing it wasnt fitted but logistically i guess a snapback makes more sense.

So I received my VIP packs today finally! LilBHar really explained how it looks perfectly. This is a photo of the tshirt graphic (grey on black) and the hats (I got 2 packs hence 2 caps). They are very poor quality. And the graphic is almost the same size on both the medium shirt and the extra large. The 'poster' is very small thick cardboard and has a picture of 'wayne' on the 100$ bill - it really looks more like a fat kanye west I could draw better myself. The picture on the backstage pass laminate looking thingy would have been a lot better for a poster. I'm glad the tickets I got were so awesome otherwise I would have felt very ripped off with this stuff. Major fail.

where do you order this at im going to the denver show. and backstage passes are 250 or this package is 250?

You get it when you buy the tickets on the website. There will be a VIP option and it is 250$ that includes the shirts, hats, etc + the ticket. So the ticket is included in the price. Then when you go to the concert, they will give you information on how you get the VIP package OR they will email you that information later.
Thats my opinion on the matter, it would be nice if someone who bought VIP just confirms it.

EDIT: It has to be written in the description that the price includes the shirts or else you are not in the right place :S And I dont know if the prices have changed or not, so it might be more than 250$

I ordered mine from the ticketmaster website. The tickets came separate (really fast shipping on these) And ticket price was included with the VIP package - the package included the poster, cap, tshirt, and laminate ( not an actual back stage pass ) The tickets say VIP and your name on them - at my show they only gave me priority entrance and we still had to wait 2 hours anyway.
Don't get the VIP pack for the stuff - get it for the tickets - unless you plan on getting the floor in the front row or something. We were about 10ft away from YM at our seats.
