What’s wrong with Wayne’s face lately?

From his recent photos and videos and watching him on undisputed his cheeks are swollen as hell. I thought he was getting fat at first but I’m guessing he is getting his teeth worked on or something. I know I can’t be the only person who has noticed this. What y’all think?

Wayne is getting his teeth worked on 24/7 it feels like.

Seems like he had some serious cavities in his back teeth, which can lead to blood poisoning/sepsis and probable death, so he had them completely removed and now he's having them replaced (which is not easy "You can use implants to replace just a single tooth or several teeth. To fit an implant, titanium screws are drilled into the jaw bone to support a crown, bridge or denture.")

Obviously idk but this seems like a reasonable explanation.
