  • Why does Lil Wayne keep lying by saying he wanted to commit suicide?

even birdman is exposing wayne for his lies about pretending he had mental health problems at a young age and tried to take his own life

ps - wayne used to tell this exact same story as birdman before randomly changing it up a few years ago. he even played the full mental health card in an interview with emmanuel acho

everyone loves 'let it all work out' on carter 5 but i can't enjoy that song because i know it's a big lie

You should know by now Wayne contradicts himself all the time.

I think real Wayne fans know the suicidal story was a cap to try and get more sales…..

An accident writing a rap isn't attempting suicide.

He obviously didn't feel comfortable talking about it for most of his life, it's a very difficult thing for anyone to talk about for anyone who has been through that.

birdman can't expose wayne, you know that
and it's his mental health, it's a private story and when you gotta act tough you gotta act tough. And if it's for the sales, a man gotta get paid, that's the M.O. since day 1.

                        💀💀💀💀💀💀

absolutely embarrassing lmfao, the song is a dedication song to Cash Money Records. The lyrics are:

"Man, you know i'd never leave you. Till I kill myself in 9/4.Just cause my momma said I couldn't be with you, I love you"

This song came out in 06, most likely recorded in 05, earliest known mention of the shooting incident in a rap and/or interview off top of my head. Please educate yourself before making stupid threads like this lol
