Is there any other rapper that people would call him a fell-off at a point in time, and now the same era is labeled his "prime" version?

Wayne in 2013 was perceived as cook, even here. lmao, and now I see people call him prime weezy on that D5.

Just that, a classic reminder that this is happening and will happen too with Wayne, it's amazing how there were people in 2008 calling him already a has-been of what he was.

What makes him that controversial in that aspect? I too would believe he fell of in 2013, and still believe, but through so much body of work even in this period, can we draw a good conclusion?
