IMO, Jay-Z and Eminem are both very good, but overrated. Kanye isn't "all that" either; he's decent. If you want to rank the four, this is what I believe the order is:

1. Wayne
2. Em
3. Jay-Z
4. Kanye

Wayne can't rhyme and that's what brings him down IMO. He also ALWAYS gets sidetracked in almost every song and loses focus.
