When I was high I though of this and it makes sense... when wayne says

"I got ice in my veins
blood in my eye

hate in my heart
love in my mind"

it's like backwards, he really means...

I got blood in my veins (makes sense)
ice in my eye (he sees money "diamonds")

Love in my heart (Love is in the "heart" ♥)
hate in my mind (when you hate something or somebody it's mentally)
