so does wayne. jay-z said im from the murder capital, wayne also said that.

and wayne is known for doin that before like copying off lil boosie as well on mrs officer

Wayne was highly influenced by Jay... Maybe it's me but C2 reminded me of Jay a little... but yeah Prefix Wayne was rapping over Hovs beats

I remember when jay use to say some of B.I.G whole lines... Jay called it paying homage and recycling. Most rappers do it... and saying murder capital isn't stealing because at one point N.O was the murder capital.
