No offense man, but seriously? I don't think Birdman & Weezy are anything like Biggie & Tupac. (if anything, Eminem & 50 Cent were once considered dat). Don't see Birdman shooting Lil Wayne (his money maker & "son") anytime soon. And I don't see Weezy wanting to kill Birdman either (if tha boy can't even beef properly, don't see him being a killer). As for your last question, I think all three have had an influence on hip-hop/muzik/life - whatever. Tha greatest influence for me, would probably be Pac.
