Whats the deal with The empire

Does anyone know who the empire is? is it true that he really leaked so many wayne songs without permission. I have heard many conflicting things. Dident wayne do a mixtape the carter 3 sessions with the empire that was legit? I feel like wayne just leakes them to the empire and the whole story is bs. think about it the drought is over series prepped fans fo the catrer 3 for so long... any thoughts does anyone have any sources with information on this.

The Empire Stole and leaked Lil Wayne's songs, thats why Carter 3 Got pushed to 2008, Carter 3 would been alot different if The Empire did not leak Weezy's shit, The Drought Is Over Mixtapes is not made my Lil wayne & The Empire, they are only made by The Empire without Wayne's permission
