I think he can freestyle. But if u really wanna see a freestyle of his, go on youtube and type in Lil Wayne Rap City. He has a couple dope ones there... tha last one on Tim Westwood was bad but he seemed really fucked up in it. Personally, I think most of tha time a rapper "freestyles" but has a bunch of lines memorized before they do it. So I dont think he prepared himself properly in tha last Tim Westwood show. Probably too fucked up to care.
