I think you have the meaning of a freestyle all wrong. A freestyle is "FREE-STYLE", you can rap what you want. People get it confused with having to be off the top of the head all the time. Most rappers do verses that fans haven't heard yet or classic verses.

I love Wayne,but he can't freestyle,he sucks at freestyling.

If Moment of clarity was really a freestyle then he's a pretty good,but i doubt it.
