So there are different answers around the internet on why Lil Wayne uses two cups for his lean.
These are the ones I think might be true:

1. To keep the ice and drink cold
2. The syrup can leak thru the first cup
3. It's a style thing ( like his price tags on glasses and shoes )

Anyone ? Is it answered in a Lil Wayne interview or something ? A safe source ?

People always double cup when they sip. Atleast here in Texas. It's became like a style though and it does keep it cold as fuck but syrup won't just leak out of the first cup though
